About the role

Unity SCM is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to join its growing marketing team and develop and implement demand generation marketing campaigns. In this role, you will create and execute effective marketing programs to drive sales pipeline, engage prospects, and expand our brand reach. 

The position requires strategic thinking; flawless execution with a strong understanding of workflows, segmentation, automation, and personalization; and an ability to run multiple projects simultaneously.

What you’ll do:

  • Create campaign strategies to drive new leads that align with revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute paid and organic campaigns, determine what works and replicate those high-functioning programs.
  • Optimize campaign performance through analytics, testing, and experimentation and report on performance of campaigns.
  • Review new technologies, latest trends, best practices, and standards.
  • Proactively scope and present new ideas to improve the client journey.
